Course Summary
Sekhem is a powerful healing lineage with roots in the Ancient Egyptian temples, connected to the energy of Sekhmet, and woven together with the softer frequencies of Reiki and Seichim. In this initiation, you receive attunement to all three forms, a rare and potent combination that significantly stabilises and elevates your energetic field and healing practice.
Many regard Sekhem as the 'healer's healing’; it marks a significant stepping up from introductory energy work and calls those who are genuinely committed to an authentic spiritual path, deep integrity, and profound inner transformation.
This powerful modality accelerates self-healing and can facilitate deep shifts through residual issues such as ancestral karma, dependencies, and toxic relationship patterns. It opens a portal to higher dimensional awareness, awakens innate extra-sensory gifts, and supports you to step into your Sovereign Way of Being. It helps clear old soul contracts, elevate into a higher quantum reality, and deepen your path of planetary service. It also strengthens your energy field, promoting all-round health and wellbeing as a balanced, grounded practitioner.
Sekhem teachings and initiations mark a big stepping up from introductory energy work and stabilises one's field and practice greatly.
Two Pathways Into Sekhem
We offer two distinct entry points, depending on your background and experience:
Sekhem Level One
— For Those New to Energy Medicine
Sekhem Level One is now available for newer students who may not yet have extensive experience with energetic medicine. These teachings and attunements are offered by Madalena Banha and Jaha Browne, both Master Practitioners in the lineage.
Level One is centered on landing with the energy, getting to know the living frequency of Sekhem–Seichim–Reiki within your own being. It activates the light body and may surface previous karmas and traumas ready to be worked on. For this reason, the emphasis at this level is on grounding the energy and self-healing first. After a period of integration and working with the transformations this brings, students may then begin to work with others.
Sekhem Level One & Two Combined
— For More Experienced Practitioners
The combined Level One and Two initiation is available to students who already have a foundation in energetic medicine. To be considered, candidates will need to demonstrate their background and show some understanding of multidimensionality. A minimum of 9 months of concentrated energy medicine practice is required to submit an expression of interest and proceed to the interview stage.
At Level Two, you open to distance healing — including through our Dharma STARs network — and are encouraged to deepen your spiritual and multidimensional knowledge alongside your practice.

This is an in-person initiation only.
You will receive either online zoom and recorded preparatory teachings in advance to help you arrive ready for the initiation.
In-Person Initiation:
– Online teachings (4hours)
– Online preparatory teachings with Q&A (90 minutes)
– One full day of teachings and attunement (lunch included)
2026 Intake Dates:
4th July - Online Teachings (time tbc depending on the group)
18th July - Online preparatory teachings with Q&A
25th July - Attunement in Scotland (all day) or possibility of other locations in the Autumn

This is not a beginner's introduction to energy work. The initiation is deeply powerful, it requires significant energy both to channel and to receive. It is for anyone who is ready to understand what it truly means to be a healing practitioner: with depth, integrity, and commitment.
A healing crisis or integration event is common and welcomed as part of the process. The course combines beautifully with shamanic work, bodywork, and any discipline-based spiritual practice, offering a meaningful foundation for a life and practice of genuine integrity.
We are energetically only able to work with those who can commit to an authentic spiritual path and the practice of deep, honest inner work.

What Comes Next: PROGRESSION INTO LEVEL 2
At Level Two, you are open to distance healing, including through our Dharma STARs network and are encouraged to deepen your spiritual and multidimensional knowledge alongside your practice.
Further information will be shared with enrolled Level 1 students as we are currently curating a unique program built on strong foundational and practical principles of Energy Medicine. The intention is to help students become grounded and confident in the teachings of energy medicine, preparing them for the deeper Level 2 teachings ahead.
CERTIFICATE
A Certificate of Attainment for Level 1 is awarded upon successful completion of 9 case studies, validated by the teacher.
ACCREDITATION
Our Sekhem qualifications are recognised through our role as executive training provider on IPHM.
Therefore accreditation from advanced level onwards is available, please enquire about this.

Victoria Sinclair Padma Khandro
Sekhem Master Teacher
Victoria Sinclair Padma Khandro is a Sekhem Master Teacher with over 25 years of experience in energy medicine. A practitioner since 1999, Sekhem Master Teacher since 2011 and Master of Tibetan Usui Reiki since 2012, she has dedicated herself to deepening and upgrading the Sekhem lineage as a rigorous, ethically grounded pathway to practitionership and inner transformation.
Padma Khandro has spent the past decade deepening and upgrading the Sekhem curriculum to create a rigorous, ethically grounded pathway to energy medicine practitionership, honouring the lineage’s ancient roots while meeting the genuine complexity of healing in the modern world.
Her teaching draws on an extraordinarily broad foundation: trauma-informed therapy, Kalachakra Tantra, Vedic astrology, ancestral work, indigenous wisdom and over three decades of esoteric practice. She is founder of Dharma Stars Mystery School, author of Dakini Weaving — Keys to the Golden Age, and has worked with thousands of students internationally across the UK, Australia, Mexico, Spain, Kenya, Taiwan and beyond.
Victoria holds Sekhem as a living initiatory system — ancient, precise, and profoundly relevant for those called to walk a path of authentic healing and service.
Jaha Browne
Sekhem Master Initiate
Jaha is a London-based Healing Artist, Reiki Master, Sekhem Healer, Sound Meditation Guide, Death Doula of Caribbean heritage. Specialising in Sound and Sekhem, she creates inclusive, heart-centred spaces that support self-exploration, grounding, and inner remembrance.
Her work spans leading wellness studios, community initiatives, art galleries, music festivals, and venues across the UK. Since 2023, Jaha has been deepening her studies with Dharma Stars, learning under the guidance of Padma Khadro, whose teachings continue to shape and refine her practice. Jaha’s work is rooted in the understanding that healing is both personal and collective to support justice, liberation, and reconnection.
Madalena Banha
Sekhem Master Initiate
Madalena is an energy medicine practitioner working with quantum and multidimensional healing modalities, alongside the astrological science of Jyotish (Vedic astrology), supporting people through transformation, transition, and spiritual growth. Her work bridges the practical and the spiritual, offering grounded yet expansive space for deep inner shifts.
Her journey into energy medicine deepened in 2018, leading her to become attuned to Reiki and Sekhem, while also undertaking trainings in Theta Healing, Quantum Transfiguration, Death, Dying and Transitions, Multidimensional Spaceholding, Trauma Work, Brainspotting, Listening Skills, Plant Alchemy, and other healing modalities.
She specialises in energy clearing, working with modalities such as Sekhem and Quantum Transfiguration. Her approach is trauma-informed, multidimensional, and rooted in respect, the feminine principle, and cultivating a decolonised approach that honours diverse traditions and belief systems.
