A powerful initiation into the living lineage of Sekhem–Seichim–Reiki — for those ready to step into deeper healing, self-mastery and authentic spiritual practice.
Course Summary
Sekhem is a powerful healing lineage with roots in the Ancient Egyptian temples, connected to the energy of Sekhmet, and woven together with the softer frequencies of Reiki and Seichim. In this initiation, you receive attunement to all three forms — a rare and potent combination that significantly stabilises and elevates your energetic field and healing practice.
Many regard Sekhem as the 'healer's healing' — it marks a significant stepping up from introductory energy work and calls those who are genuinely committed to an authentic spiritual path, deep integrity, and profound inner transformation. The training weaves in Victoria's personal experience with numerous native and indigenous lineages, giving it a unique Mystery School quality that fuses traditions in a way that is rare to find.
This powerful modality accelerates self-healing — yours and your clients' — and can facilitate deep shifts through residual issues such as ancestral karma, dependencies, and toxic relationship patterns. It opens a portal to higher dimensional awareness, awakens innate extra-sensory gifts, and supports you to step into your Sovereign Way of Being. It helps clear old soul contracts, elevate into a higher quantum reality, and deepen your path of planetary service. It also strengthens your energy field, promoting all-round health and wellbeing as a balanced, grounded practitioner.
Sekhem teachings and initiations mark a big stepping up from introductory energy work and stabilises one's field and practice greatly.
Two Pathways Into Sekhem
We offer two distinct entry points, depending on your background and experience:
Sekhem Level One
— For Those New to Energy Medicine
Sekhem Level One is now available for newer students who may not yet have extensive experience with energetic medicine. These teachings and attunements are offered by Madalena Banha and Jana Browne, both Master Practitioners in the lineage.
Level One is very much about landing with the energy — getting to know the living frequency of Sekhem–Seichim–Reiki within your own being. It activates the light body and may surface previous karmas and traumas ready to be worked on. For this reason, the emphasis at this level is on grounding the energy and self-healing first. After a period of integration and working with the transformations this brings, students may then begin to work with others.
Sekhem Level One & Two Combined
— For More Experienced Practitioners
The combined Level One and Two initiation is available to students who already have a foundation in energetic medicine. To be considered, candidates will need to demonstrate their background and show some understanding of multidimensionality. A minimum of 9 months of concentrated energy medicine practice is required to submit an expression of interest and proceed to the interview stage.
At Level Two, you open to distance healing — including through our Dharma STARs network — and are encouraged to deepen your spiritual and multidimensional knowledge alongside your practice.
Course Curriculum LEVEL 1 & 2 COMBINED

For both in-person and online initiations, you will receive either online zoom or recorded preparatory teachings in advance to help you arrive ready for the initiation.
In-Person Initiation:
– One full day of teachings and attunement (lunch included)
– One online Level 2 teaching class (for Level 1 and 2 only) (4 hours, scheduled one month after the attunement)
Online Initiation – only available with Padma:
– Online preparatory teachings with Q&A (90 minutes)
– Live attunement, received in real time (1 hour)
Online Level 2 teaching class (4 hours)
Online students may also receive an in-person 'top-up' attunement at a later date for an additional fee (please see course pricing).
Is This Course For You?
This is not a beginner's introduction to energy work. The initiation is deeply powerful — it requires significant energy both to channel and to receive. It is for anyone who is ready to understand what it truly means to be a healing practitioner: with depth, integrity, and commitment.
A healing crisis or integration event is common — and welcomed — as part of the process. The course combines beautifully with shamanic work, bodywork, and any discipline-based spiritual practice, offering a meaningful foundation for a life and practice of genuine integrity.
We are energetically only able to work with those who can commit to an authentic spiritual path and the practice of deep, honest inner work.

What Comes Next: The Path to Advanced Sekhem
Completion of Level 1 & 2 opens the door to Sekhem Advanced Initiation — a transformative deepening into the Sekhmet archetypal energy, Mystery School teachings, and a significantly expanded toolkit for practice and planetary service.
After over 13 years of intensively offering attunements to Level 1 and 2, Victoria Padma Khandro is now focusing primarily on the higher-level initiations — available exclusively to existing Dharma STARS students and clients. She is available once or twice a year for Sekhem attunements, while the Master and Teacher practitioners affiliated with Dharma STARS now predominantly offer Level One teachings.
CERTIFICATE
A Certificate of Attainment for Level 1 and 2 is awarded upon successful completion of 9 case studies, validated by the teacher.

Victoria Sinclair Padma Khandro
Course Teacher
Padma Khandro Victoria Sinclair is a Worldwide respected consciousness innovator having facilitated community trainings and events for over 20 years. She is a trauma specialist originally from Belfast, N.Ireland and works bridging realms and modalities in innovation and unique ways for each client or group’s needs.
Padma Khandro is well-known as a culture bridge-maker in her integral work with a broad range of recognised indigenous elders and teachers in S. America, Europe, Asia and Australia.
Victoria has been working as a practitioner in Energy Work and Mental Healthcare settings for over 20 years, being a teacher/master of Tibetan Usui Reiki, Sekhem/Seichim, Reiki, advanced theta healing practitioner, holds the Munay Ki Andean shamanic rites, and is a qualified counsellor, Gitananda lineage Pranayama and Dying Consciously Practitioner.
