Sacred Activism – Entering magical miraculous mystery realms through selfless service and not a lot of pay!
Madalena, Francesco and Padma will be sharing experiences from the path of devotion.
Each of them has spent numerous years in volunteer roles, minimal pay conditions and to this day under the average rate of pay for their age-group. On their journeys, each has been pushed in their spiritual path to surrender to committing to more devotion, less pay.
Through this devotional path, they have witnessed miracles and magic and all 3 of the speakers understand that actually this has created a vast store of merit!
Remarkably, each of the group manages to travel, to meet amazing people and somehow to always alchemise to be in places without begging to others or compromising their values or renunciation of spiritual materialism.
In this lively discussion, they share anecdotes that have created awe and magic in their lives through weaving these shared experiences.
Many people cling to notions of feeling financially safe and fixating on ‘abundance’ as the key driving force in all they do. Of course, having enough security and stability IS important if we wish to cultivate a New Earth but it is not the only principle.
Furthermore, how do we create financial abundance for the collective if not everyone is following the same principles? How does holding the right vibration bring a healthy law of attraction when we are not in a privileged sense of lack or seeking to over capitalise on our abundant stability?

How can we keep our egos and values in check, remove ourselves from competing and old models of community and still be financially resilient in a changing world?
Weaving some concepts around human permaculture, discuss ‘merit’ which is a term used in many Dharma settings as to how we can step forward into a New Earth paradigm that fosters equality and connection.
Brief outline of our new Artha process immersion that is part of the new Dharma STARS pillars of progress path for seekers, community visionaries and practitioners.

Padma Khandro Victoria Sinclair
For over 35 years Victoria Padma Khandro has been keenly participating in temporary autonomous, intentional, alternative, grass-roots, indigenous and spiritual communities. At the same time she has also been studying consciousness, Altered States of Consciousness ASCs and energetic medicine.
Padma has been passionate about finding microcosmically and macrocosmically aligned ways of developing and interacting as spiritual beings having a human experience. This is partly shaped from growing up during the ‘Troubles’ in N.Ireland and from her extensive work and study in the field with diverse communities, tribes and wisdom-keepers.
Francesco Benvenuti
Francesco Benvenuti is a firekeeper, ceremonialist, and community weaver committed to bridging spiritual practice with grounded community action. Rooted in a background of ecological science, global activism, and indigenous-inspired ceremonial work, he has spent over a decade facilitating sacred fire circles, voice workshops, and land-based rituals across Europe and the Americas.
He is the founder of the Oak Ash & Thorn Hub in Roslin and the Living Fire Collective—initiatives that support the rise of resilient spiritual hubs, trained firekeepers, and a trusted network of stewards carrying the Sacred Fire into the heart of culture, honouring ancient practices and rooting in sacred reciprocity laws. His work weaves together Georgian polyphony, devotional chanting, men’s spaces, and seasonal celebration, reconnecting people to voice, nature, and purpose.
Madalena Banha
Madalena is an energy medicine practitioner working with quantum and multidimensional healing modalities, alongside the astrological science of Jyotish (Vedic astrology), supporting people through transformation, transition, and spiritual growth. Her work bridges the practical and the spiritual, offering grounded yet expansive space for deep inner shifts.
She specialises in energy clearing, working with modalities such as Sekhem and Quantum Transfiguration. Her approach is trauma-informed, multidimensional, and rooted in respect, the feminine principle, and cultivating a decolonised approach that honours diverse traditions and belief systems.
