ANEW | Decolonisation

Decolonisation, examining duality, ‘otherising,’ privilege, white-washing and unconscious power relations that perpetuate ‘exclusivity’ not inclusion.

We invite you to the interactive co-creational New Earth Weavers (ANEW) sacred activism team-building experience for the New Earth/Golden Age!

This initiative was launched alongside a very special online event with global wisdom-keepers dedicated to help to co-create an Authentic New Earth Weaving paradigm.

Through this programme, we are exploring some myths we have identified of the New Earth paradigm that unintentionally are causing confusion and stagnating true spiritual growth for change makers and pioneers. Many of these inherited constructs remain largely unquestioned, yet they continue to reinforce separation, inequality, and disempowerment, which will not create adequate foundations for a true timeline shift if left unseen.

MODULE 2: DECOLONISATION

MYTH: We are all just going to sail into the sunset of a New Earth  and we are all ‘manifesting’ champions

From excessive duality and colonial programming to inclusion, decolonisation and healthy examination of the role of constructs in shaping our perspective of the world.

Focus: We still live in societies where marginalisation and the legacies of colonialism are felt both on a material and psychological level and prevent many amazing people from feeling remotely invested in thriving as their daily concerns are just about surviving.

We will look at the need to understand privilege and for large scale transformation from excessive duality and colonial programming to inclusion, decolonisation and healthy examination of the role of constructs in shaping our perspective of the world.

We will look at the inability for many Neo-spiritual modalities and intentional communities to totally grapple with privilege and marginalization resulting in a delusion based around self-based wealth ‘manifestation’ concepts which do NOT create the right energetics to become authentically engaged. This diminishes the possibilities of the energy body being adequately activated for a true New Earth pioneer.

Areas of Interest: Post-colonial and decolonial theory and principles. Examining the drama triangle, colonial master narratives and the perpetuation of dualistic thinking from victim/perpetrator lenses. Indigenous prophecies and the Luciferian construct and the collective evolution beyond otherising that must take place to create a New Earth harmonic frequency.

This is a 2h recorded satsang

From engaging in many powerful discussions with people from a wide range of professions and backgrounds, we have been witnessing a growing concern around the lack of right relation, 'ayni', reciprocity, and the principles of “giving, not just taking” that currently permeates in many social projects, grassroots initiatives, and healing environments.

What is often not fully realised  is that this colonial patterning of always expecting hand outs and taking before giving, reinforces a disconnect with nature, natural law and the cosmic order.

Many extraordinary individuals who operate from a genuine place of selflessness and service are expressing that their projects and initiatives are reaching a standstill. Increasingly, people are becoming exhausted by the imbalance created when communities struggle to engage in mutual support, reciprocity, and collective responsibility. Unintentionally, this can perpetuate a modern form of the slave paradigm, where a small number of people continuously organise, facilitate, hold space, and sustain community structures without adequate energetic, practical, or financial support.

Through these conversations, we have identified two major underlying dynamics.

The first is that many people have never truly experienced healthy, functioning community and therefore may lack awareness of the immense devotion, energy, and unseen labour required to sustain a grassroots organisation, healing platform, or community ecosystem. Endless hours are spent communicating, organising, supporting others, holding space, and tending the container, much of it unpaid and largely unrecognised.

Alongside this can exist an unconscious assumption that community leaders, healers, and facilitators should somehow survive purely through goodwill and appreciation, as though there is an endless supply of time, resources, and emotional energy available to sustain these spaces. This imbalance is often amplified when individuals seek to personally profit through offering paid services within containers that have been built through the sacrifice, labour, and dedication of others.

The second dynamic is the ongoing need for genuine decolonisation work. Without consciously examining inherited systems of extraction, entitlement, and disconnection, conditioning around taking before giving remains deeply embedded within many spiritual, activist, and social spaces. These unconscious patterns continue to perpetuate imbalance, racialised trauma, fragmentation, and unhealthy ways of relating.

Dharma STARS, together with founder and facilitator Padma Khandro and others, is deeply exploring new paradigms and mindful systems that ask how, during these samsaric times, humanity can return to right relation and sacred reciprocity and reinstate itself as divine beings within both the cosmic and natural order.

These distorted value systems create not only practical challenges within communities, but also a broader spiritual malaise that prevents humanity from realising its full transcendental potential and moving toward a true Golden Age.

In this 2h Satsang, Padma Khandro shares reflections and insights drawn from:
– 30 years of work in post-colonial studies and community activism
– 35 years of weaving with grassroots communities and Temporary Autonomous Zones
– and over 25 years as a multidimensional energy medicine practitioner.

The intention of this satsang is to open these vital conversations collectively, offering reflections, inquiry, and insight that may support, inspire, and empower participants in cultivating healthier, more reciprocal, and truly regenerative communities of their own.

For over 35 years Victoria Padma Khandro has been keenly participating in temporary autonomous, intentional, alternative, grass-roots, indigenous and spiritual communities. At the same time she has also been studying consciousness, Altered States of Consciousness ASCs and energetic medicine.

Padma has been passionate about finding microcosmically and macrocosmically aligned ways of developing and interacting as spiritual beings having a human experience. This is partly shaped from growing up during the ‘Troubles’ in N.Ireland and from her extensive work and study in the field with diverse communities, tribes and wisdom-keepers.
